LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement (the “License”) is the contract between the individual or entity that is selling rights hereunder (the “Licensor”) and you, the individual or entity that is buying rights hereunder (the “Licensee”), pertaining to the media asset being licensed (the “Licensed Asset”) as described on Exhibit “A” (which is attached hereto and made a part hereof). The Licensed Asset is the media work that Licensee chose during the purchasing process, which Licensed Asset is specified on the accepted offer summary.

The Licensor and Licensee agree that this License is binding and that the Licensed Asset is being licensed subject to the below terms and conditions.
