Non-Exclusive License: Internet / Online
This license gives the right for a Licensee (buyer) to use the content anywhere online including audio, video or photo streaming sites, commercial blogs, private or subscription websites, etc.
Remember: Non-Exclusive rights mean that the media asset can be licensed to multiple Licensees at the same time during the same period, etc. However, a media asset is not available for Exclusive license if it is currently being licensed for Non-Exclusive use under the same category (i.e. Internet and Online, Film/TV, Print Publishing).
Sellers should carefully choose between licensing something Exclusively or Non-Exclusively and weight the overall value based duration and price of the buyer’s offer.
