Licensee (buyer): Make an Offer

 

  1. 1.Click “Make an Offer” on a media asset from the Browse and Search results. You will be presented with the “Make an Offer” screen where you can propose a license in a few easy steps.




  1. 2.Simply follow the instructions for each step on the “Choose Options” form above. Refer to the Non-Exclusive and Exclusive Help sections for more information on those option types. When done selecting your offer options, click “Confirm Your Offer” at the bottom of the page.




  1. 3.Next, review your offer carefully, make sure you’ve read the sample licensing agreement. Read the acknowledgement at the bottom of the page and select the check mark at the bottom of the page, then click the “Agree” button.






  1. 4.That’s it! You’ll see a confirmation screen and receive an email for your standing offer. Meanwhile, a notice of your offer will be sent to the LIcensor (seller) who will review the offer terms and amount.
